Third outage was just now. For first two outages was able to watch on my iPhone but not the same experience as 50 inch TV. @GetSpectrum do better. /2

THIRD Spectrum @GetSpectrum outage in past 6 days here in NW Raleigh -TV, VOIP phone and internet. First started 5 min before Carolina basketball game in regionals, restored with 30 sec left in game. Second at start of @canes game I was watching on HULU, lasted 90 min /1

Literally @GetSpectrum has had a service outage every day. No explanation, nothing. No credits or discounts due to it. I think it’s time to switch.

@GetSpectrum so if you move 2 days into the month and cant keep spectrum bc its literally not available in your area, Spectrum will charge you for a full month when you dont even have the equipment or the house. I guess this is why @GetSpectrum is a terrible company.....
