@Ask_Spectrum 5pm watching baseball game then suddenly a loud bang from down the street and my game freezes. Cable and Internet instantly out. Kudos to you for texting subscribers saying it’s being worked on, but after two more alerts and now out until 10:30pm. Unacceptable.

Fiber has finally been run into my cul de sac. Doing a happy dance as I get 1 day closer to cutting ties with speculum errr I mean @GetSpectrum and their over priced, slow as walking in mud, unreliable internet service.

@GetSpectrum so if you move 2 days into the month and cant keep spectrum bc its literally not available in your area, Spectrum will charge you for a full month when you dont even have the equipment or the house. I guess this is why @GetSpectrum is a terrible company.....
