This Weight Watchersvegetable soup recipe has zero points on the freestyle program! I created it because I needed zero point recipes that were filling and tasty! This is also a very economical soup to make.

I have not calculated the total cost, but it seriously comes out to less than a dollar per serving.

Hello Friends! Can you believe it’s February already? I feel like I am just getting settled into the new year. This year, one of my goals has been to eat healthier and lose a few pounds in the process. I often will balance my diet with Weight Watchers Recipes so that I can keep my weight under control.

Today I am sharing a Weight Watchers Vegetable Soup recipe that I made last week. It was not only tasty but filling too, which is what I find some of the recipes I have seen lack. This easy vegetable soup brings cauliflower, zucchini, and tomatoes together to make a warm meal idea.

Ingredients

  • 1 cartons chicken broth
  • ½ cup zucchini chopped
  • 1 /2 cup cauliflower chopped
  • 1 to mato chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Place chicken broth into pot over medium heat

  • Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat until cauliflower is fork-tender, about 8-10 minutes
