Christel Khalil (Lily), Judah Mackey (Connor Newman), Kym Douglas (Zelda), Reylynn Caster (Faith Newman), Linden Ashby (Cameron Kirsten), and James Hyde (Jeremy Stark) are all expected to take a break. This is as per information available in January 2024.

The Young and the Restless said goodbye to an old friend today. A tribute to the late Billy Miller ran at the end of Thursday's episode of the CBS sudser. Miller, who played Billy Abbott on Y&R from 2008 to 2014, died Sept. 15 in Austin, Texas.

There has been no official confirmation that Sharon Newman is leaving The Young & the Restless after Season 50.
