I showed up to FedEx for assistance in printing obituaries for my uncle's funeral. Feeling overwhelmed and anxious, I arrived at the store just an hour before closing, following a referral from FedEx location in Cedar Hill. The manager there was exceptionally understanding, calm, and attentive. Despite my indecisiveness and emotional state, he patiently guided me through every option, even printing out examples. I am sincerely grateful for the outstanding customer service provided. It was truly top-notch, and I wholeheartedly recommend this location.

Visit was great. Took a while to get what I needed, but the team went over and beyond as the store was closing and I was very grateful for them to help me out. I will say, I've had plenty of rough experiences at this same location with other team members, but this interaction in particular was wonderful. The gentleman/manager onsite was more than helpful as was the staff working that night.
