Oh my! I am pumped to share with you this easy black bean salsa recipe. This is one of my favorite dips when we are having Taco Tuesday or having friends over. Everyone raves over how delicious it is.

Just like our fiesta ranch dip, this recipe is super easy to make. Don’t worry though – it is packed with flavor and super easy.

  • 15 ounces Black Beans (drained)
  • 2 cups whole Kernel Corn (frozen or canned)
  • 1 large Tomato, diced
  • 1 small Onion, diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • Cilantro Leaves (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Make sure to unthaw your corn first if using frozen. Everything used should be room temperature.
