I have a friend that can't eat anything from the Night Shade Family. Would like to make her some soup. She's in her late 70's and can't take anything over spicy. Any recommendations?

I've had a hard time finding good soups that are vegan and not tomato based (as i am allergic to tomatoes) But there are so many good ones here. I can't wait to try the Vegan Potato and Corn Chowder as Corn Chowder was my favorite when i was younger.!

    Thanks!

If some people also don't eat eggs, I believe lots of stuff here has eggs (macaroni etc.). Just saying 🙂 It all looks great, thank you.

Hi Ed, all of the recipes listed here are totally vegan (meaning egg-free). You may be surprised to learn that most pasta is egg-free already, including macaroni. Exceptions are egg noodles or freshly made pasta which sometimes contains eggs. Hope that helps!

Oh no! It appears as though that blogger no longer has that site. Unfortunately, not all blogs last forever. I'm afraid there is nothing I can do about that. I will remove the photo and place it with a new recipe. Sorry about that, Amy.
